Why Cassava Tortillas Are A Must

OK I know that it’s been a while since I’ve posted a recipe, but to be quite frank, I’ve had a complete redirection of focus and intentions as to what my message is with HealthyHumanz. Within the time that I haven’t been posting, there has been a huge learning curve, which I am so excited to share with you all through the power of the food!

Of course, I have still been experimenting in the kitchen with trials and errors of what works and what doesn’t. As of right now, my core focus is still to create an advocate foods that are oil free, primarily plant-based, and now, shifting into gear with more anti fungal foods.

I’ll elaborate why anti-fungal foods are important in a later post.

Alfredo Jackson | Plant Based Fettuccini Alfredo

Is there anyone else out there who was (or still is) a huge chicken alfredo fan as a kid?

This entree was always one of my favs. It was always my “go to” meal when eating out, but I always felt guilty eating it because I knew it wouldn’t help me in my situation of being an overweight little girl. I learned how to watch what I ate at a very early age, and I’m actually so incredibly grateful for that experience! It’s fueled my passion for comforting, healthy, lifestyle foods.

With the healthier food changes I’ve made since my teen years, it’s been YEARS since I’ve indulged in this comforting entree.
