Why Cassava Tortillas Are A Must

OK I know that it’s been a while since I’ve posted a recipe, but to be quite frank, I’ve had a complete redirection of focus and intentions as to what my message is with HealthyHumanz. Within the time that I haven’t been posting, there has been a huge learning curve, which I am so excited to share with you all through the power of the food!

Of course, I have still been experimenting in the kitchen with trials and errors of what works and what doesn’t. As of right now, my core focus is still to create an advocate foods that are oil free, primarily plant-based, and now, shifting into gear with more anti fungal foods.

I’ll elaborate why anti-fungal foods are important in a later post.

Eating potato chips is a comforting taste, texture, sound, and memory most of us have from some point in our social lives. This is a “food” that has been incorporated as a part of family and friend gatherings of all sorts! I mean, who doesn’t love everything potato chips?

It’s been years since I’ve indulged in them, and I’m so excited for their welcome back into my life!
