Why Cassava Tortillas Are A Must

OK I know that it’s been a while since I’ve posted a recipe, but to be quite frank, I’ve had a complete redirection of focus and intentions as to what my message is with HealthyHumanz. Within the time that I haven’t been posting, there has been a huge learning curve, which I am so excited to share with you all through the power of the food!

Of course, I have still been experimenting in the kitchen with trials and errors of what works and what doesn’t. As of right now, my core focus is still to create an advocate foods that are oil free, primarily plant-based, and now, shifting into gear with more anti fungal foods.

I’ll elaborate why anti-fungal foods are important in a later post.

With that being said, I would love to introduce you to my latest recipe, cassava tortillas!

Super Seed Pudding

It took me years to really dive into the whole chia seed trend due to conflicting research I continued to come across regarding the fun gel coat that makes chia seeds so delicious! This fun superfood can be eaten in various recipes, completely raw, or soaked, providing the body with loads of nutritional energy!

So far, my favorite way to eat these little yummies are in pudding form, soaked in fresh oat milk! Perfect for those that are sensitive to dairy, and are looking for a fibrous, protein packed plant based snack. Or, even meal!
