Eating foods with flavors & aromas go much farther than just tasting good.
There’s a critical element that so many of us have not even considered when it comes to shaking spices out of their plastic or glass containers.

What I love most about eating an oil free diet is that it allows be to indulge in the true flavor of food, and the pleasure that comes in the simplest meals.
When consuming foods with oil, the flavor is covered up in what I like to refer to as slime, masking the full rainbow of blasting firework flavor 🙂 Continue reading
