So these little grahams (Gramz) came along totally unintended. But I’m so grateful they decided to debut themselves!
You see, I was actually making a batch of Wholey Cheezitz, but I had extra seeds and buckwheat on the side because my food processor was already packed. I didn’t really feel like soaking more herbs (Not like that takes much effort…), & my taste buds had already met their savory taste testing threshold.
I’ve come to a point of clarity with the assistance of my clients in what allows a dietary lifestyle to be successful.
My answer… creativity!
For people that ask me if I’m vegan, vegetarian, or paleo, I honestly say neither. I personally don’t choose to associate myself with any type of dietary label, and I’d like to keep it that way. I choose to eat for the sake of my health, and advocate this for my clients as well. I believe that with proper education, we can make healthier choices that fit our lifestyles!

Happy snacking 🙂
I love to have crunch in my salads, along with having a healthy snack ready and available for the adventure. No matter if its on its own, ready for dipping, or crumbled on a salad!
If you love the aroma of fresh herbs, then this will be a great crunchy treat for you!

Since the initial experiment, several cracker variations have been made 🙂
They’re a perfect snack to munch on throughout the day that can fuel the body with plant based protein, healthy fats, fiber, a low glycemic index, and an excellent snack that’s completely guilt free 🙂 Continue reading
It took me years to really dive into the whole chia seed trend due to conflicting research I continued to come across regarding the fun gel coat that makes chia seeds so delicious! This fun superfood can be eaten in various recipes, completely raw, or soaked, providing the body with loads of nutritional energy!
So far, my favorite way to eat these little yummies are in pudding form, soaked in fresh oat milk! Perfect for those that are sensitive to dairy, and are looking for a fibrous, protein packed plant based snack. Or, even meal!
These past few weeks have been so completely mind boggling, that I’ve had no idea where to continue my writing.
Only weeks ago, I was consuming loads of raw fat & protein with little to no carbohydrates for almost 2 years. Now, I’m consuming high amounts of protein with no fat, and HIGH carbs & starches. Continue reading
