How To Make Use Of Holiday Left Overs

img_0215Christmas is just days away, and Hannukka starts tomorrow! With tables loaded with food, and left overs that are always exciting to look forward to the following day, here’s an easy recipe for you if you want to stuff in as many left overs as you want. This “omelet” is delicious, and is 100% plant based, if you choose for it to be 🙂

With holiday left overs, you may have other dishes that aren’t plant based, so stuff your omelet with whatever you want! This one is egg free, filling, and satisfying to the heart of comfort food.

May your holidays be filled with love, laughter, joy, and celebration with each other. Taking the time to honor those who are no longer with us, but knowing that they are with us in spirit 🙂

Thank you for supporting this blog, and thank you for being an inspiration to continue writing and sharing with all of you! My gratitude for you is endless!

I commend you and value all that you do to strive towards a greater version of yourself!

For your omelet, follow all of the steps below 🙂 If you don’t want to use the listed ingredients, then use your holiday left overs to make the meanest omelet yet!
